Kevin Michael Snyder is an award-winning travel and nature photographer based out of Montgomery Alabama. Traveling much of the year, Kevin believes that bringing nature to people through his photography will inspire them to seek beauty and to experience the world.
From 1987 to 2014 he lived and worked as an Architectural Designer and Building Contractor in the Minneapolis market. As the owner of Kevin Snyder Construction and Remodeling, Kevin honed his business skills and developed a reputation for not only outstanding craftsmanship but also personal integrity.
In 2007 with the downturn in the construction market, Kevin found himself with free time on his hands. He always wanted to spend more time behind the lens and to learn as much as he could about photography. He saw this as an excellent opportunity and for the next the next seven years Kevin read everything he could get his hands on and set out to create a body of work before becoming a full-time professional photographer.
Kevin's passion for the outdoors is vividly illustrated in his Landscape, Wildlife and Cultural Portfolios. Passport in hand, he has traveled to many regions of the world creating his work. For Kevin, creating nature as art is his ambition and photography is his obsession. Under the water or on top of a mountain, no location is out of reach.
